All of our small commercial products are available on our website, which allows agents to quote, issue and endorse policies, generate proposals, set up billing plans and report claims online.

Zurich Insurance Services, Inc.
Through a strategic alliance and a series of individual contracts, Zurich Insurance Services, Inc. (ZIS), a privately held corporation in Jacksonville, Florida, provides service delivery, builders risk program management, marketing support and other administrative services. The cornerstone of the ZIS/Zurich relationship is the partnership between ZIS and Zurich North America Small Business. Specializing in long-term, cost efficient solutions that support Zurich’s strategic plans, ZIS provides services to nine business units and five Zurich Financial Services Group member companies. As part of these agreements, more than 12,000 distributors in the United States receive “one and done” service including underwriting, telephone support, Internet technical assistance, policy issuance and billing service, and cooperative advertising. In addition, ZIS provides producer contracting and licensing services for all Zurich North America business units and their distributors and customer support for all business units utilizing the direct bill system.
